- Coping with Divorce
This nine-week seminar is designed to help individuals cope with the trauma of divorce and address the issues of being single. Professional persons present specific topics, followed by small support groups led by trained facilitators.

- Kids Koping
This eight-week workshop is for parents and elementary school children. The children are divided into four age groups with trained facilitators. Parents meet together to discuss parenting issues with a licensed social worker.

- Creative Growth
These support meetings are held at John Knox Presbyterian Church, 4150 Kalamazoo Ave. SE., every Monday evening. Different speakers each week present a variety of topics designed to help individuals take the steps necessary to live a creative new life. A discussion group follows the speaker with a social opportunity after the meeting. Pre- registration is not necessary. Join us any Monday evening at 7:30 p.m., cost is $5.00 at the door.

- Making a New Me
This six-week seminar is designed to help individuals reshape their identity by adapting to and living a responsible single life. Issues discussed with professional presenters include: emotional expression, assertiveness problem solving, being fulfilled and whole.

- Building Positive Relationships
This six-week workshop challenges each person to increase their capacity for communication, confrontation and intimacy. Skills in these areas help to develop positive attitudes and behaviors which result in positive relationships.

- Facilitator Training
This is a five-week training program in building communications skills for those who would like to improve their active listening skills in a warm, supportive atmosphere.
